hello everyone! im new to the game (MH1 for PS2) and was hoping that someone could give me some tips or advice in general. i bought the game without the manual, and ive just been running with it. i printed out the item combination list for MHF2 i think it was, and it seems to match, but is there anything else on the wiki that i can use (all the data seems to be for MHF2). thanks in advance.

Mh1 is very old school and is the original most weapon list work ok

MHF2 or MHF2ndG is better...play it instead of MHF1.

you should go on gamefaqs.com, just search monster hunter. they loads of guides there, including weapon trees which should help.

MH 1 is good, but e cost for wepons and getting materials is retarded hard, mast MH 1 and you cna beat any of the newer MH series
(i suggest you master the attack and roll strategy if you're going to play blademaster. )

although, i doubt you'll find many cheats and tips on MH now since it's basicly outdated, but no worries, i too bought a used MH 1 without the manual, it's easy to get the hang of though.
