 Compulsery G Rank Quests?

Does anybody know which quests must be done to up your hunter rank for 1,2 and 3 star G ranked quests?

Follow this link http://monsterhunter.wikia.com/wiki/HR_Quest_Guide_(MHP2G) . Just so you know the names of the quests are taken from the patched 2ndG, but the objectives are the same.
