but don't know how to get it I killed like 50 White Fatty's and i still didn't get 1.

Break White Fatty's Horns, although theres a much higher chance youll get his normal horn

You need to kill the G rank White Fatalis for you to get White Fatalis Heavy Horn. And what tench said, break the horns, it helps alot.
