ALATREON IS A JOKE

Ok I finally decided to fight this guy today with 3 others I was using kelbi bow maxed and the others was using long sword not slime but ice another was using a plesi great sword that sleep and other was using another long sword I was like ok this fight gonna take a while so fight started and I was put the sleep coating on to put him asleep so I could bomb his horn did that fight continued at a good pace getting on for ten mins now just over BAM alatreon falls down dead I was like what the f**k is that it , alatreon is a fucking joke and feel so let down by the fight I ended up farming a furthe 3 times to make the dark claw .
Seriously alatreon is just not the same as tri s version mh3u alatreon is a playground fight compared to tri I really really hope the g-rank alatreon is gonna be alot better cause that was so damn shocking

do it solo then

Not even just solo hunt the village variant over the guild variant

or just use a shitty weapon & armor and call it even

Yes but why does village alatreon hit harder than guild?

Because the final quest in the village is always supposed to be super hard.

Uhhhhhhh Online was NOT made for 4 people..wat? I was under the impression it WAS for up to 4 people and that (fact here) Online Monsters are supposed to have more health and more damage.

I havent done Wii U yet because I don't have one, but the rule of Monster Hunter is supposed to be that Online = harder monsters with more damage and more health on them to accommodate the fact that up to 4 people are hunting them. For the single player offline to be harder than Online (and the fact that offline doesn't have G rank) makes no sense.

So there has be no monster I have found hard in the game in the village ones but I haven t gt to the end monsters yet but yes I have heard that I lagi event is a goddam nightmare and gonna face possibly this weekend but honestly I will face village alatreon this weekend with all weapons and I will see if there are any differences but yes the village ala and mark of hero quests are stupidly Insane I heard

My proudest moment in possibly my entire gaming career is beating the village Alatreon with a high - rank weapon. Dios Tailhammer + how I love you forever more.

Well, you did this with kelbi bow and with 3 OTHER people so you don't deserve to call it a joke.

Village one is kind of intense but not even near as good as Super Ala from Tri. I did it solo with kelbi bow in about 25 minutes so yeah. And i suck with bows.

He's much more open to your attacks than before, also you can abuse balista to bring this fcker down from sky. Slime literally own this guy, there's also place for A LOT of mistakes. Even with bows/guns it's not OHKO most of the time, more like 2HKO so you can heal up. Overall yeah it's a joke quest. There are harder monsters like G rank Jhen, Event Dios or Cruel King Ivory.

I found FU easy up to G-rank G-rank the little I did really provided me with a challenge. 3U is that feeling throughout the entire game of ugh this is so easy why does Tri hr51 feel more of a challenge than this? Ala and mark of a hero in the village with just high rank gear really provides a challenge mainly because they are G-level. Though ala is still not as strong as his G-even counterpart. Good luck with that waiting job but don't set your hopes up too high for ultimate.

there's some quests in village (mark of a hero and ala, i think that's it?) that are pseudo g rank. not 100% sure on the stats.

the event high rank ala on the other hand, is a proper high rank quest. that's why it's easier.

if you found none of the mobs in triu a challenge jaggi, it's probably because you'd gained experience from tri.

I was really scared about going up against ala, guess my fears will be unfounded.
