How the heck are people accessing G Rank Alatreon early?

I doubt those people got it from the monster hunter college event thing, since no one ever posted that quest. I've already seen someone with Alatreon Gleam.

Hacking? I have no idea. I also have no idea about hacking, so I really wouldn't know. However, I have seen G rank Alatreon rooms, as if people at least THINK there is one.

you only need Conqueror's Seals, Ala Tails and an Azure Dragongem to upgrade to Ala Gleam (well, that's what the wiki just told me) so it looks like you don't need the G rank to get that weapon

The Gleam needs Conq. Seals and an Azure gem, yes, but it also needs Ala Diretails and Palliums i.e. G-rank carves.

Wiki's wrong.

I know of a High Rank DLC quest. Maybe some of the carves have been moved to High Rank since G-Rank wasn't in Tri?

from what i have heard (mostly from haruno), there's a dev version of the game, and the people get early access to the dlc.

i am fairly sure hacking isnt possible in mh3u yet. and g rank ala rooms could simply be people wanting g rank hunters, rather than high rank.

the drops from the high rank dlc are all high rank.

Yes there are people who do have access to quests early and who do post them. You can sometimes get in room with them and do hunts for long periods of time and end up with quite a few things early. no hacking no tom foolery and no voodoo magic.

Although this has already been mentioned aboved, I'd have to say it would be reviewers who got the game about a month early, how else would they review the online section without playing it?

Yea I've noticed the influx of Ala G rooms, I was lucky to join you on one and managed to get my Ala Gleam, Dark Claw "Demise" and my Ala Commandment, however i'm still unsure how one can give their DLC to other players, sure would be useful...

I'm actually thinking that what he meant by, "give" was "post." They can't actually give us the DLC, but they can post it for us.

However I do mean give out dlc and not just posting it. The people that have posted G ala recently have only had their early dlc for a week or so

Oh, really? That would be totally awesome if I could get the G rank Alatreon before August. How do they "give" it?

It's only a month away xD Just be patient. What I'd worry about it finding friends or fellow forumers to help when it is released. Based on how bad people already are fighting HIGH RANK Ala, grouping up with randoms for G-Rank Ala is gonna be terrible.

Or do it solo, like what I'll be doing since I can't go multiplayer. ._.
