Oo, a Gunner are we? I've never been too good with a BG. I've tried. Also don't try to work with Rustshard weaps due to the sheer amount of Earth Crystals that are needed. It's weird because I'm good with a Bow and not that though.

If you have an Edgemaster +3 talisman, then you could go with this:

Nargacuga Cap Z - Evasion Jewel 2
Barioth Mail S - Antidote Jewel 2
Nether Vambraces - Antidote Jewel 2, Antidote Jewel 1
Nether Faulds
Nether Greaves - Antidote Jewel 2
----------------------------------------------------
Edgemaster +3 Talisman
----------------------------------------------------
Active Skills:
Honed Blade
Negate Poison
Evasion +1

That's with a weapon that has no slots.

I guess I'll have to magically find one. :P Though I could put a Edgemaster Jewel 2 in one of my weaps and a 1 in one of my Talisman's then do all that other stuff. :o

Beat a Zinogre last night... It felt more like a 6* monster than a 9* one :/

He gets easier. :P It feels like the first time you fight one of those in the village they're harder then they should be. Then the rest of the times, it's no big deal.

I fought a G rank Lagiacrus and some G rank Baleful Gigginox today. Finished my Lagiacrus X gunner armor for my Kelbi Bow. So that's happy for me!
Last night one of my brothers got a Nargacuga Mantle, so he'll be making the Nargacuga HBG once he gets a few more Black Diablos Chines. He's made a Pierce set to go with it, but he doesn't know how to do the underwater siege mode glitch yet, so I'm going to be teaching him that.
Once he gets that down, he, my one of my other brothers (The one that has been playing MH3U all along) and I will be pierce gunning some Goldbeard Ceadeus. Maybe some Dire Miralis too. We'll see.

Oh, how I wish that bow and bowgun pouches were separate... They use completely different things. Why aren't they separate? Why? Not to mention, changing pouches from status gunning to pierce/pellet/normal gunning takes forever as well. Why didn't they add pouch presets?

I had to actually farm Ceadeus for Crooked Horns for a good portion of the morning. In the process I got three DeepDragongems and four Elderdragonbloods.
And now I just need a Lagi plate for the armor...

Hope you have more luck on that Plate then me, lol.

Been spending some time on an alt character. Man, bows are awesome, and they make the game so much easier imo, but dayum, the expenses that come with them D:

Got to play with Roon, Will, and Antari today. I didn't do so bad for being away from this game for awhile. It was good times.

Been playing for months but havent been on here.

Finally hit HR6 and trying my dangdest to hit G rank. Wish i could play with others.

I was in for a surprise when I looked at the free-hunt forecast: a Rathian and a Pink Rathian on the same night. Caught both of them. X3

Got to help out Raptor today. GS with Adren +2 is also really fun.

My brothers and I have been going around and doing multiple monster G rank quests. I status gun, they use Normal S Lvl 2. We've been killing allot of things that way, and it's quite fun.
