First topic message reminder :

As of when I write this, I just brutally exterminated Glavenus by shoving my large stick up his pooper multiplied by a thousand bolts coated with the most piquant acid and searing stuff I could find in order to extort as much agony as possible to ensue his demise for my own yield in order to savagely skin him to decorate my new assegai.

Mizutani and Astalos were the best fights I've had in years. It made my phallus crag firm.

PostSubject: Re: Hunting thread   Sat Aug 27, 2016 6:49 pm

I had an annoying Furious Rajang fight.

We managed to break his first horn fairly early in the fight. We were doing pretty well, managing to land a lot of headshots without taking a lot of damage. Then, we got him to fall into a pitfall trap in order to be able to rush his face... and one of the hunters decided to tranq him.

I really wanted those horns...

At least I got 2 Nerves from the quest results as a consolation prize.

EDIT: Today, I waited about 30 minutes to get someone to join me for The End of the Trials (Hyper Tigrex + Hyper Seregios). We 2-manned it, after waiting for a long time, hoping for at least one more.

The other guy carted 3 times to Tigrex really quickly (he had Felyne Insurance), and then disconnected. I decided to keep trying, and I managed to beat the quest with just myself and my healing cat. I got a Dissenter, too.

EDIT:2 I finished every Hub quest!

I also beat Out of the Frying Pan, finishing the last Yukumo request and getting me 100% awards for Yukumo.

I need a new project... Anyone know if any food skills affect monster sizes? Perhaps making them larger or smaller on average?

Basically me with every dual Deviant and x monster in forlorn arena. I myself can handle the two at the same time, 95% of the others cannot so I always pop a smoke and aggro the drome.

All for naught since the other lesser intelligent beings decides to run across the room, past me fighting the drome to aggro the deviant and proceed to cart once or twice in the next two minutes resulting in a disconnect.

Seeing so many accomplishments... and here, I am only HR2, waiting on my friends.

Did all the village quests except for Out of the Fry Pan. That Deviljho has more health than I can remove with my current weapons. Plus he can 2 shot me. Good challenge, and I am guessing he is a HR monster, not low rank.

Hopped back on today to mop up the rest of the Accolade G's I needed for the Toka set (minus head), now I just need to finish the stragglers of village and get dat sweet Hayabusa for my first big leagues armour set.

He's an old Capcom character. I also used him a bit in Marvel Vs Capcom. His set is pretty decent.

Comes with Airborne, Stam Recovery, and Evade Distance. With 7 slots.

I'm trying to get an Evasion+6 000 or Blunt+6 000 to add Evasion+1 and Bludgeoned to it

You are going to be jealous, because I already have a Blunt+6 OOO Talisman.

I still use my Frenzy Res+4 Stun+13 OO Talisman to be immune to Stun, though.

I am having a hard time finding people to join me for Deviant hunts...

I created a room for Snowbaron 9. I specified "Host picks quest". I posted my quest. I waited 30 minutes (while watching Twitch). Someone came into my room, posted Snowbaron 8, and asked if I would do his quest instead. I told him that I already had my quest posted. He left, and no one else came.

Soon after, I checked the Deviant rooms, and saw him hosting a Snowbaron 10 room...

EDIT: I managed to form a group later in the evening, and make it to 10.

I have Redhelm, Silverwind, and Snowbaron maxed out, and only a few levels for Deadeye to go.

I'm still going to need to farm Snowbaron for large crown sizes, though.

Sharpness+5 000, now to worry about the other God charms.

Also want the Fire Emblem DLC to come out. So I can make the sexier version of CritEye+2, WE, Crit Up, and Razor Sharp

Yea, I don't recommend fusing, always bad rolls and takes a lot of materials. Way more beneficial to do Sakura Runs.

I mostly do it to free up box space and have something to complain about. overall a majority of the Tali's will either get sold or fused anyways. And I agree on the Sakura runs. Reward talisman's always seem to be better than mined ones.
