Anyone got any tips for these G-Rank missions, ive gotten the far solo but these monsters are a little to difficult. (i have full Yama Tsukami armor except for my chest which is Hypno X, my strongest thunder weapon is True Devil Slicer)
and for those of you who aren't this far in the game this is the G3 Silver Rathalos and G3 Gold Rathian.

-Include tips on how to get lighting sacks easier.
-any new attacks that they can do that they were unable to do in high rank.
-any terrain advantages to this new tower area

you know, a long time ago people use to say ' thus the monster seek true hunters, the hunters themselves will return to foretell the legacy'. another rythm like this ' even i was corroded by vengeance, i shall return from my eternal slumber'...SO DO NOT FRANKLY MISGUIDED BY THE GAME, SEARCH ITS WEAKNESSES THOU WILL FIND TRUE VICTORY...REMAINS HONOR TO THE ALMIGHTY NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS....AS ITS BLOWS ITS TORCH RAPIDLY THREE TIMES, IT IS THOU TIME TO COUNTER ITS CHARGE ANDDD DODGE ASIDE....DO THIS ETERNALLY AND YOU WILL SUCCEED... :lol!: If anyone do not understand this words...dont worry...i myself do not know what i'm talking about.....hahahahaha... :lol!:

i killed gold rathian g3 first time, but i retired on silver rathalos, i beat silver rath with full yamatsukami and magnitude, hellish slasher, and also with last gaelic flame
lightning sacs are gained from g lvl khezu
ratha can stay in air after flying backwards and turn while charging
rathi turns while charging and after a tri fireball might do a backflip

Golden rathian G is not too painful if you have patience. I would suggest using a great sword(I always use king thunder sword). Golden rathian G has a LOT of health, so don't get frustrated that the quest is taking too long and make dumb mistakes. I mostly do my attack on the wings. As the rathian is fireballing, roll out of the way and attack the LEFT wing(which is your right). I find it easier then attacking the right wing because using a great sword, your overhand slash cuts at a angle that's perfect for the right wing. So when the rathian is fireballing, do tri-circle-tri, then roll away. Many times you can attack more but you'll more likely to get rushed so I wouldn't suggest it.

Silver Rathlos G is a different story from the high lvl quests, its more aggressive and goes into rage mode about 12 times each quest. The best way to damage it is to wait for it to fly up and shoot fireballs, then hide in the shadow, when he lands, uppercut the LEFT wing. Always check if the rathlos is shooting backward fireballs so you don't get hit.

NOTES:

Golden rathian G quest takes about 20-30 minutes. Silver rathlos G quest takes about 30-50 minutes.

Don't get greedy and attack a lot, and don't forget to bring as many flash bombs as you need when your fighting the silver rathlos.

there's really no easy way to tackle these two while you're dodging one, here comes the other so i would suggest that you try to wait for the right time to throw that flashbomb to blind them both. it's better that way (in my opinion). i use the bowgun 'Martial Ancestor" that can rapid fire pierce lvl 1, flaming S, thunder S, water S and freeze S. well, both monsters occasionally face you (if you're not with you're felyne companion) so you could blind them at the same time. there can be chances that you can blind them continuously if you timed your flashbomb throw provided that both monsters are still facing your way.
