| I made a sound effects package which turns your desktop into the menus of monster hunter with the same sound effects you hear in game. Why not try it out? To install the sounds go to control panel>sounds and audio devices>sounds tab>install each effect in the respective spot>save the theme. Tadah! Epic monster hunter FX. I apologize if some of the FX are bad quality. The music is high quality but the sound effects aren't that great. Anyone have access to high quality MH tri sound effects? (Rook?) If so I could rehash the pack so the sound effect parts are high quality as well. There were quite a few files that were great for themes as windows starts up, so I included all of them, you can choose whatever you like best. I also included some full music from the game as a bonus! | I got most of them in. Only problem is some of them don't correspond well with windows Vista... I turned off my computer to check out the shut down song. The screen turned black and told me it had to wait for the song to end first. D: |

| time for my stupidity to come in. How do i get these to work? I downloaded them, unzipped them into my documents, went to my sound adjustment thing and can see where i can set-up what sound happens when, but i dont see the monster hunter sounds. |

I only can think of a few things,
1 did you select "show all files" or is it just something like "show .wav only" "show supported files only" on the screen you get when selecting the new sounds?
2 did you unzip them or just double clicked on the zip file? |

| Well I could get the monster voices but the music of the game would be in the background...they are difficult to get lol. I had to do noise removal even to get the simpler sound effects.
