| Can anyone give me some tips for facing Jho with a hammer?
I have 2 hammer sets 1 has HG earplugs, Focus, and Sharpness+1 the other has HG Earplugs, Sharpness+1 and Evasion+1
I have Metamorph and Vortastrophe
So what would be the best strategy with what I have? |

| Well for starters, the head is obviously the most dangerous place to be on a Jho, so recognize when you can attack, and when you need to go. Jho rarely keeps his head in place for a good hammer attack, unless trapped or waiting for a moment. Otherwise the head, and it's tail, are the hardest to hit. I'd suggest timing your attacks to coincide when his end to take advantage of the second he's stationary, then quickly evade. I'd really recomend pitfalls for optimum head attacking chances. |

Lol yes it is the most dangerous part, thats why i dont recomend any1 to hammer a jho without good experience, you could get owned by jho easly. |

| Hit him when he turns after his zig-zagging bite attack. Just make sure to get a bit closer to him because he gives a back step before he turns completely. Don't depend on just the super pound, remember that the hammer has 2 other charges. Oh, and always keep your purple sharpness up. Evasion+1 is good if you know the timing to use it correctly. If not, then it's just a tool to save your ass when you need it. Focus is alright in my opinion. Choose whichever you feel more comfortable with. Good thing you haven't decided to fall back on easy mode (Lance) and want to get better at using a hammer on him. |

| So far i have only seen one hammer user that was good against jho the rest just failed miserably but here's his advice for me if i wanted to try.
Never be stupid enough to attack his head during his breath that's just suicide since you'll take alot of damage (he's assuming you're wearing helios for sharpness+1 and HGE) Always hit jho's head when he turns to face you. Always superpound the moment jhos head reaches the highest point when he roars His final tip was that the best non trap/para oppurtunity to hit him is when he's EATING since his head is down low and insanely vulnerable and since ko status isn't lost you can rinse repeat till a ko. Without at least White sharpess i wouldn't recommend hammering jho |

KO status is lost as time goes by. I had already pointed this out to you on another thread and gave a source:

Thanks alot. I already mastered the timing on jhos attacks with the SnS and the few times ive tried hammering him I haven't died, I just haven't been able to KO him without a second hammer on the team.
The big trick to dodging jho ive noticed, is that he lets out a little growl before every attack. So when I hear that growl I stop attacking and then dodge right before the attack hits, its really easy with the SnS. |
