| i dont see how pitfall traps are even useful anymore. heres my problems with them:
harder to make overall (genfangs can be bought, nets cant) some monsters are immune
which do you think is better?

which do you think is better? each has its use. Pitfalls make hitting a tall monsters head easy or open up attack possibilities that sometimes a shock cannot. Yes sometimes you do have to go spiderweb hunting to make them into nets, but it can be useful.

| Also, Gypceros is immune to Shock Traps. Personally, I prefer Shock Traps, but each is useful. | |

| Like these 2 have said, each trap has their uses.
Would it hurt to use both?
Pitfall- Used to reach the head
Shock Trap- To keep that annoying tail in place so you can cut it

| the person meant the tool to make traps, not the traps themselves.
really i only like to use pitfalls on monsters that are immune and if im hammering, shock traps make them move less aswell as are easier to make/spam, seeing as you can buy the fangs traps themselves out right.

| I would have to say shock traps, ur right about how easy they are to make, but its not that hard to make a pitfall... | |

| ask yourself this, would you rather not use the net fishing, instead of making a trap with thats easier to obtain and serves the same purpose? | |
