To buy a PS3 or not

I've been considering it mainly because it will give me the option to go online with monster hunter, but the price tag for it is a little steep since all I will really be using it for is as an expensive router.

The only other concern is I can get it for $100 off right now before the 29th because of a coupon so I feel really rushed to make a decision.

P.S. They are making a portable third HD version now so it has my hopes up that we might see a North American release in the near future. :cheers:

There are still quite a few people playing MHFU on the ps3 ad-hoc. The only time I have problems finding some one to play with is in the mornings during the week.
