What was your first starter in Pokemon?

I feel bored, so I would like to see what starters people have chosen.
My first pokemon game was Diamond, so I chose Turtwig.
Platinum: Turtwig
Pearl: Turtwig
Black: Snivy

Red: Bulbasaur
Silver: Cyndaquil
Ruby: Torchic (although i hate all of gen 3's starters)
Leafgreen: Bulbasaur
Pearl: Turtwig
SoulSilver: Cyndaquil
White: Snivy

Yes. I have never liked the water type. Blastoise was nice. I don't mind him. I do mind however, failigator, bottom-feeder, fat penguin, and scarecrow otter. Seriously, samurott looks like his legs dont even have joints, looks like he has wooden pegs in there instead of bones like a scarecrow.

Don't even get me started on bulbasaur. I have a friggin bulbasaur t-shirt for god's sake.

So I herd you don't liek mudkipz? (sorry, couldn't resist XD )

Blue: Charmander
FireRed: Charmander
Emerald: Mudkip
SoulSilver: Totodile, Cyndaquil, Totodile (restarted twice XD )
Black: Oshawott. Because all three starters are shit, but at least Samurott can learn 4 HM moves.

blue: blastoise this was when i was about 6 XD

gold: cyndaquil :P dodgy japanese to us translation Shifty eyes

ruby: treeko cause sceptile is cool ;)

pearl: piplup i liked the type combo of empoleon

diamond: turtwig cause i was trying out a "speedrun" using him and sarly.....then i realised i have 2 ice weaknesses...(still trashed the ice gym :P)

platinum chimchar cause he goes better with starly :D

heartgold: cyndaquil cause nothing compares

black: snivy cause his face is epic :P

gold: cyndoquil
yellow:(It was a tough choice but i finally decided to go with pikachu XD)
fire red: squirtle
emerald: mudkip (take that vort!)
diamond: chimchar
heart gold: cyndoquil
white: snivy

so ive used all of the types throughought the gamess but these are what i used first (but i havnt used emboar as a starter cuz hes shit)

I'm so pro at pokemon I don't need starters.

Gen I: Squirtle
Gen II: I think I used totodile for my first clear, might've been cyndaquil tho.
Gen III: Only played it on emulator sadly :< But I went with Torchic
Gen IV: Piplup(didn't clear the game), later re-rolled to turtwig tho. Totodile
Gen V: Snivy

Yeah...but that's how I am through first playthrough. After that just depends on what mood I'm in the decides what starter I pick.

Squirtle, because back then I had the Blue version and Blue was my favorite color.

I hate grass pokemon to star the game i belive because of the gym leader orden almost the first leader are strong against grass(if i remember) and my fasination for the water type pokemon was weaken over the years

also because of the moves when i was 12, i was shocked and i was abusing of the move ''surf'' Water

it was the best moven i use i beat all the gym leader with that move :,)

sigh i miss the ''attack missed''
