| What is the easiest way to get them? I've been farming the gravios training with the bowgun (5 minutes or less /yes/ ), but have only managed to get 3.
I need them to make juggernaut... mellanje ore and phantom butterflies are far too rare at the farm to get normally... | |

Pretty much that's the way to get them, either super high training school quests or the farm for the ore (or any G rank quest with mining nodes really ) Juggernaut is really good. | |

| you can combine them with ores and bugs and they will double. so if you are searching for an rare item (like phantombutterflys at HR7, every 20 quests or more one on the farm) it's often easier to get the pickaxes as the ores or bugs | |

| if you have at least one bug or ore, you can double that ore with the expand pickaxe.
every expand pickaxe you combine with a bug or ore will give you one more of that ore/bug. | |

| I do Kirin training with a hammer. Not sure how long it takes but i think its faster than gunning Gravios. After every match with Kirin i'd head over to the Pokke farm and dig, mine, and pound that tree. I believe you have a better chance of getting those items if you're HR8 or 9. | |
