Wierd glitch with Rathalos

So I was hunting Rathalos with some people online, and it did its 'Eat your brains out' move. However, It got me and another hunter, except it only could eat one, so I was just stuck their helplessly, still acting as if Los was eating me, except he wasnt , so I was unable to move. Has this happened to anyone else?

It hasn't happened to me, but I'm forced to ask... were you capable of throwing a dumb bomb?? I assume you could not wiggle out.

This has happened to me before, but it was a Rathian and not a los. Well, pretty much the same thing. When it happened to me, you could not throw a dung bomb or wiggle out of it so you were stuck there until the timed duration of it ended. Although, I didn't get hit, so that might have knocked me out of it if I had been.

I've rarely obtained dung during the game. So unfortunately I didn't have any with me at the time, lol

I bought a ton of them from the online trader yesterday though.

that glitch usually happens if the mob pinning you is either paralysed or ko'd on the right frame of the animation at which point it's stunned and your stuck flailing on teh ground invincible,

often happens to me...

lol. It's the best when only you get pinned and everyone else staggers it, but you end up stuck on the floor as if you were still pinned.

In area 8 D. Island, I KO'd a rathalos into area 5(you know. when he falls down and has to slowly fly back up). It's the funniest thing I've ever seen and hope it happens again so I can record it. He was on the ground not hovering over the edge. Related only because of the topic title.

Wow, really? Thats quite the wierd glitch. I'm not sure of any monster glitches, other than one time where Alatreon decided to stand in the lava at the edge whete we couldn't reach, and just stood there for 5 minutes. It was quite annoying /mad/

In which case ala will probably die in the lava

The rathalos thing happened to me, but it was a jho that got me!
It's happened to me a few times actually. Quite easy all you have to do is for two people to be under his jump when he lands
But luckily when I was invincible on the ground the diablos couldn't hurt me XD

I invincibility is a plus I suppose. Still, you do look like a retard when it happens though... just causally rolling randomly /no/

heppened to me a few times, but only when i set a trap right before it gets me. Its trapped, my guy sits there. But goes away once its free

Los pretty much pins two players at once, but he's pretty much able to nom only one person so.... Weird happens.

That may or may not be a glitch. But there's another event that's very similar that is a glitch. If you get hit by the dive, but the Rathalos flinches before he jumps on top of you, he will continue doing things normally, while you would still be on the ground writhing as though he was eating you. It goes away eventually, but it's so damn weird. I call it, the Drama Queen.

Perhaps its some communication glitch. Another funny thing happened with rathalos in area 7 on D island. He went down under the water part. I guess even flying dragons love to swim some times. :lol!:

^This glitch happened to me before. Except it was with Rathian. Rathian literally went into the water area and was stuck underground. Until it flew to move into another area, but we didn't see it flying away. It flew away under the ground xD.

*Rathian used Dig!*

If he was underground I would super pound the ground causing an earthquake

Then Jho would come in and K.O us by using Dragonbreath

But then...
