| What are those various coloured diamonds when you go to see someones equipment online? Each piece of armor has its own. I also see them in my status screen online, are they of any importance?

| if your talking about the same thing im thinking they are just what color you armor is. you can change it in the armor box by going to apearence. the color can be changed on any armor but only shows up on high rank armor(armor with a + next to it obtained after hunter rank 31) or in over forged armor witch is low rank(below hunter rank 31 and offline) that has been upgraded to its max using armor spheres and then upgraded to high rank with high rank materials. hope i helped | |

| In HR 1-29 You can change the entire set color by changing your Symbol Color (Only 3 Options)
^These Armors can be from any Rank
In HR 31+ You can change the color of an armor piece (Has few sets of colors)
^Armor must be Rank 4+
In HR 51+ You unlock the color palette, and can change the color of an armor piece (Similar to how you change the color of your hair)
^Armor must be Rank 4+
Pretty much that.
Remember these only change the colors of the armor piece (but only parts of it, like strips of lines, or other small unnoticeable aspects)
SIMPLE ANSWER: Those diamonds are just the shades of the armor pieces.

| Those small diamonds represent the armors 'pigmentation' which all ihgh rank armors start with, and low rank ones gain upon overoforging.
as said, it allows each armor piece indiviual colouring to certain small decorations on the armor, allows more freedom then the symbol colours.

| basically what chips had explained....
but the armor won't change its color entirely just so you know....
some armor has barely noticeable change (like alloy set....)
while some just change almost entirely (like bnahabra set.....)
so you get your own "unique" armor by a little variation in color (Capcom being cheap <.<)
it may not seems like a great deal but sure is fun to play with ;)
