It's gonna suck, just let the series die already, it's stagnating and repeating itself just like Call of Duty games...that's my opinion but I feel it's true.

Not really sure what to expect from it. I'm probably going to buy it regardless just because "OMG ITZ HALO 4!"

Well, it can go both ways, due to it being developed by other guys. But it's always shaky to start up something again that was sort of made to end. They could give the series a twist, but it's just as likely that they'll screw up and anger the fanbase.

Though I don't have an Xbox 360, I do have a little theory on the story...

Perhaps he encountered some other race while on it, since the Halo 4 trailer shows him in a space ship that's blowing up. How did he get onto it in the first place? And since he's in a cryo chamber in the trailer, perhaps this race (or people since it looks to be the same cryo technology as in Halo 1) put him in cryo sleep while aboard the spaceship?
Time will tell, but that's my 2 cents on the story (I haven't heard anything related to it yet).

Unlike COD, Halo was first popular because of its story. So... not sure, but if they make the campaign long and deep, similar to the first. It might be good. If not it's just another cash exploit like ODST was.....

Halo: Reach... was great though...

I thought Cortana or Chief himself put him into cryo? 0_o since got in and shut the door all in the cutscene without even a shadow of another being there...

But yeah, I'm betting on the Forerunners, probably with a flood outbreak if the terminals in Anniversary are any indication.

You also have to keep in mind that 343 Industries made Halo: Reach and the graphics were actually pretty good.

As for Halo 4, I think they should've stopped at 3.

Dual wield weapons
More assassinations
More customisations
More badass characters
More armor abilities
MASTER CHIEFS FACE REVEALED

I'm pretty sure his face will be revealed in either Halo 5 or 6
and to hell with armor abilities!!! most of them are retardedly broken
but i do want more customization, i feel that Reach wasnt enuf
and i miss duel weilding from Halo 3

I wouldn't say they were broken, just a few that are spammable/really really cheap. The armour abilities definitely change the way Halo is really supposed to be played IMO...
