You can't get it from any of them. You only get Pokke tickets/pokke tickets+ from doing urgent quests. Either the chief, nekoth or gathering hall wyvernian lady gives you the tickets. | |

| I just beat Nekoht's urgent for akantor and got two + tickets so they probably only come from high rank urgent, or at least that is where I got them. Hope that helps. | |
