What is your favorite elder dragon???

Well, What is it? Kushala Daora to Chamelos there are so many different kinds, so many different attacks, which one is your favorite?

Either Chameleos or Lao Shan Lung.

Favourite ive fought has to be either Kushala or Chameleos. Kushala was just an intense yet feasable battle for me, but chameleos... It was just so trippy, i found it so cool.

As monsters, id be daft not to say any of the Fatalis trio.

Kushala and Chameleos here, although i hate fighting chameleos he is one of my favorites

I like the teostra, but he scares the hell out of me. HE TOOK 90% OF MY HEALTH WITH HIS FIRE BREATH ATTACK WHILE I WAS WEARING MONOBLOS ARMOR. I really like the lao-shan-lung, he reminds me of a rathalos without all the flying and poisoning.

Even though it's a necrobump, this topic is fine to stay.

Man, I have some favs so I'll cut them down by rank:

1. Ceadeus
2. Amatsumagatsuchi (MHP3rd! I swear, it's the most BEAUTIFUL monster I've ever seen! And coolest too!!)
3. Lunastra
4. Chameleos
5. Teostra

Lao-shan Lung is definitly the coolest one in my opinion, especially as it's hinted on the wiki that the ones we fight are just babies and that the real elder ones will never be faught. But it makes me feel bad cos.. It's sad to kill babies. >,<

When it comes to some others, Lunastra and Teostra are too similar (for obvious reasons), Jhen Mohran just looks so sad (look at the way he falls over in the second phase, or look into his eyes next time you fight him!), Alatreon is an improved copy of Kushala Daora (you must've seen it, his movements in the air, while in the air the way he claws the ground, the way he charges, his breaths, anyone?).

I guess my favorite one is Kirin, because while he's a tiny unicorn, the fact that he can fry your butt in two seconds makes him beyond overpowered.

Despite how much its wind barrier pisses me off, Kushala Daora.

i havent fought akantor or ucanablos, or however you spell them, yet, but i think i like lao shen lung the best, he's cool, he doesnt even fight you, he's just trying to mind his own business and have his casual walk and he can kill you like that XD

not to mention i hear the ones we always fight are young lao shens >,>

Chameleos. They're the easiest Elder Dragon in history and are actually cute when they zone out before lashing their tounge at you. /yes/

Those are S T R E S S F U L.

They are annoying, but that's because of the length of the fight, not because of the difficulty. Really, the only time I've been hit by one is when they shove their junk in your face during a flinch.

Kirin is a fun fight. Quite easy if you have a good hammer.

Chameleos would be second, but he's slightly harder (time wise at the very least, since even with good strategy it takes a good 2-3 minutes of a second run :P)

I will say that I hate fighting Alatreon. I hate his fireball, and I hate anything
involving him and lightning more, but I love how he looks, and that feeling
of pride that just surrounds him. Rukodiora is awesome too! Paralysis doesn't
really even paralyze him. I mean, he's slowed to a crawl and stuff, but doesn't
being capable of resisting paralysis count for something? He also uses SCIENCE to kill
you, and he has the nice battle theme.
