| Vangis may very well be it.
But to me it would be the lagia+ armor with attack (M) and the elemental up. With a weapon like wvvern fire "Flare" or any other decent elemental weapon in general. that stuff stacks pretty well, especially since your usually running the meat+drink food combo for the extra health.
For all I know I can be a complete idiot about this kind of stuff, but thats what make sense to me xD

| Vangis alone would still beat that. Every level of sharpness changes the amount of elemental and raw damage you give out, ill give you a link to the damage formula in case you want to get more in depth with this but generally sharpness plus one beats over AuX or element up on any set, especially if it is paired with AuL or AuM and element up together like it can be on Vangis. | Best for simple damage boosting would be Vangis with sharp+1/AUL/Crit eye+1.
Actually, replace the legs with black leather pants, and you can get adrenaline+2, which is quite a bit better, but riskier. But if you get felyne heroics, it's basically a moot skill.
You could also get the jacket for fortify, combine with sharp+1 and heroics/adrenaline. It's crazily powerful, but also just a liiittle bit suicidal. But if you don't mind living on the edge, fortify, sharp+1, heroics, AUX is it for you!

| AuL/Sharpness+1/Fortify is possible (pretty trivial to assemble,hellhunter jacket with rest vangis) which, paired with heroics, should be the most damaging possible. On another note, I tried linking it on divinewh.im, which has apparently died | |

| AuL, Sharp+1, Crit Draw, Adrenaline +2. If that's possible; Anguish (P), Lvl 3 Charge; Mega Demondrug, Atk Up from food, Might Pill;
I wonder what such a set would be able to OHKO.
