How do you get these skills?

Also is it possible to add anything else to that?

I did post in the Questions Hotline you know...and no I dont think you can add to them easily.
You can trade either crit eye+3 for +2 and a skill, or Pierce all up for Lv. 1 up and a new skill.

I saw a vid with world eater being done with those skills tho...

It is possible. You need the Diablos+ gunner set mixed with Rathalos

You'll also need a pretty sweet talisman to pull it off. The damage output is embarrassingly over powered so good luck!!

well is possible with a set like...
head:diablos+
chest:diablos+
arms:diablos+
flap:someone with 3 slots
legs:gobul+
use the 3 slots on the flap and on the legs for critical eye then you have to use a talisman with c.e.+7;then on the 3 slots on the arms you can put 1c.e jewel and with the other slots you can remove atk elemental- .... or if you don't have that talisman you can put on the arms a c.e.+5 jewel and the other 2 points with talisman i suppose

There, another skill ontop of Crit Eye+3 and pierce S all Up.
You need a C+10 B+3 1 slot tali and the +3 to be expert. Good luck getting a tali like that though~

The Gobul Leggings+ need 1 Gobul Lantern+ to craft, it is also needed in the pierce set as the leggings can give +7 points to the Expert skill when you put in an Expert+5 jewel in its 3 slots~
Getting the lantern+ is all up to luck, I think its around the same chance of getting a skypiercer..so really all you can do is to keep breaking his big shiny ball and hope that you get it.

Ye lantern + imo is the hardest drop to get -_-

Also is this pierce one of the best there is for general piercing?

Unless you include fortify/heroics/adrenaline into general, yes.

If you mean: most damage, then no, get adrenaline. Unless you're suicidal, then get heroics. Fortify might be nice if you're really going for a maxed time on a solo run.

From memory I made a pretty sweet pierce gun with

- Deviljho head
- Barioth middle
- Lagi tail

Which should give you at least 4 ammo in lvl1 and lvl2 and 3 ammo in lvl3

You could try a rapid fire set with a jaggi gun but the recoil is really intense.

Don't get the rapid fire pierces. Unless you gemmed in bonus shot rapid-puerces is not worth it.

the only set Id ever recommend rapid pierces is my lagi set. & thats only because it rapids pierces & thunder/ice (depending on the barrel), comes with bonus shot, and has pierces/element attack up.

If you want that set I'll give the specifications later. But your best bet is sticking with the gun mentioned above.

another good gun, if you want more raw atrack, you coukd use is Jho barrel, Diablozooka Frame, & Rath Stock. Gives a pretty goid raw attack fully up'd, nice ammo cartridges on most of its shots, Blocking ability and Defence +10
