Since Tri Servers will be closing...

What about Capcom opening up all "Event Quest" that have special items and making rarer rewards/drops/carves more common.

This way those things that can only be gotten through Tri's online quests and service can be acheived by just about everyone before they are officially closed down.

And if they do that.. those who have worked so hard to get certain item drops or charms, how will you feel about them becoming more common before the servers close down for anyone to get and have offline?

Me, I personally think it would be a nice thing to do since nothing can be carried over to MHU anyways...

While it'd certainly be nice of them to do it....i don't think so. They've got no reason to do it, and it might seem....cheap, in a way? If you've fought so long and hard for some things up 'til now, wouldn't it be boring to get everything thrown in your lap right at the end?

I don't know, it's just not in capcom's spirit i think.

I feel its what capcom should do for tri. Half the game ( & the better half, at that ) will practically be erased once MHU comes back. There should be like some add-on pack or something to compensate

But I think we all know that isn't going to happen. We probably have a better chance of being stuck by lighting or eaten by a shark before that'll happen.

Anyways, I think it's a cool concept because I am rarely online (1 week out of every 6 months). Unfortunately I highly doubt that such a thing would ever be considered, let alone implemented. Kind of upsetting me knowing that a game that I gave full price for will have roughly 50% of the content rendered unplayable but I guess that's what the homebrew channel is for.

Ehh, I think people forget a lot of the time that MH was built on playing offline not "ONline" (That's probably why when I started online as HR1 I had full ceadues armor and GS and everyone else had ... well nothing and whined about it... "How did you get that at HR1?" And "How do you get Monster Guts?"... Seriously?

MHU 3DS when I'm not online and MHU WiiU hen I am online and Tri for visitors that I don't want near my WiiU or 3DS...

It would be cool but... Yeah there are a few good reasons already mentioned why it's not the best of ideas, and besides, I think we've pestered Capcom a little too much recently. I mean, they've given us MH3G, on two consoles, AND included online on one of them. Warrants a little peace don't you think?

Ata, I think they have explained themselves, tried to make up, and have even opened up many lines of communications we have never seen before here in the west...

They seem to be more than trying to take the first steep.. I think the next steep is up to the western MH communities in general.

Hm, yeah I guess there's that. Well, I think the majority of the western populace would much rather have an MH4 localisation and thereafter, regular releases than some quality of life enhancements on Tri. :P
