Bronze Coin help

I recently fought Shen Gaoren for the first time and now I see a weapon I really want. I know what it takes to make it (obviously) but I don't know the fasted way to get the items I need. Specifically the black pearls. I don't know exactly where to get them. I also need Gaoren spines and one more pincer. Basically I want to know the fasted way to get black pearls and how I got his spine as a reward when his reward page doesn't list it as one.

Also posting this to show I'm not dead :P

First of all, you can get Black Pearls from D. Hermitaur and S. Ceanataur.
Sometimes the reward page information is false.

Black Pearls can also be found at the Jungle Map, Area 4, close to the Northern exit.
Look for shallops at the edge of the water and the sand. Bring a Felyne, cuz mine always goes searching for things @ the exact spot :D

The wikis info is sometimes off, if you hunt the high rank one you get his spines.
