Exactly, you said guns wouldn't fit, not me. I just said that monster hunter has guns, since bowguns work the same as real guns (Albeit more reloading.) then you went on about modern day guns in Monster hunter, which I never intended, Everything I have said about guns has been monster hunter related bowguns, not resident evil related guns. the only thing I have mentioned about resident evil is that virus.

Let's mix up the Resident Evil and Monster Hunter worlds,Thats what you said.After i said guns would make mh boring,you went on to how mh has guns.their bowguns,the deal less damage than guns,so of course they put that in.They are BOWguns,weaker than guns now.Thats like saying halo should have bow and arrows.

It's you who isn't listening, you're constantly trying to blame me for bringing up modern day guns when I didn't, all I brought up was the Resident Evil 6 C-Virus. You are constantly saying that monster hunter does not have guns when Bowguns are guns, they aren't crossbows, they aren't bows, they are Bowguns. GUNS.
There is no point that can state that they are not a gun, they have too similar structures and similar mechanisms, and they are obviously powered by an explosive force as you can see when you fire a bowgun.

Simply put, I do not intend to add resident evil guns into monster hunter, Bowguns are Guns, they do not fit into any other classification.
If you just accepted from the start that bowguns are guns then all this would have been avoided, because seriously, they don't fit into any other class.

Umm keep this on topic please and stop arguing about the weapon classifications. But to finish off this discusion have you seen aquamatic spark and aquamatic longshot? One is a revolutionary war musket and the other looks like a modern day sniper rifle sure the mechanics are a bit different but anyone with a little common sense would tell you they are fully fledged guns.

I wonder if the magara's weapons will inflict this new status? It would be cool if it like sloed monsters down or something.

I dont think his weapons will have the virus,unless the weapons make the monster have a virus gauge.

i think that maybe his insect staff weapon (provided he has one) may inflict a weaker for of said virus.(the whole controlled bug thing).

If Dragon Virus does come as a secondary wepon typing, IF, i imagine it would mabey act as some sort of status effect.

it could do something that effects their rage-mode for all we know.

There is proof that Goa Magara has traits of Gigginox,and Narga,wonder if hes that missing link between cave wyverns and flying wyverns,or maybe just a creepy elder dragon.But any thoughts on how his virus and weapons work?

the difference between modern day tech and mh tech is that mh tech is more like bows and small versions of ballista not a gun where u can pull a trigger and the airships dont use electricity so they r not real life today tech
