I was also thinking about Plesioth armor first but then realised that the initial skill of X is Capture Master and normal Plesioth armor only Capture Expert... also Marathon Runner and Heat Cancel TBH are useless on cap missions. Marathon Runner works great on transporting missions with Pro transporter. I don't do links. But in response, I use bows as well so marathon runner helps with the stamina. Yea mega dash juices work as well but since its on the armor it's a bonus and you don't (I don't) always have em. Great luck is a good idea though. And for me minds eye is pointless. Probably should have mentioned I use bows sence my avatar and signature doesn't give that away. | |

No I think you misunderstand, the armor it's self doesn't matter nor the skills. I just like playing around with everything. As fat as the whole single weapon thing, I usually do that with every mh since the first one. In this case I actually played around with all the starting weapons for about 70 hours before restarting and focusing on just the bow. All for looks of course. | |

That bullfango head is creepy... There is a full set for Bullfango? I didn't know that. EDIT - I made a set that was better than Will's set for the Willuminator. And it even looks better, at least on guys. And it even has one more skill. It requires an evade dist. +5 talisman. The one I'm showing you uses an evade dist. +4, OO talisman. | Helo everyone, I know I've been away for a while. I only recently got MH3U for the 3DS (I don't have a WiiU), but I was thinking about sets by looking at the base armor skills, and I came up with this one, for use with Megrez's Asterism. Apologies, the link's being weird, so I had to hide the ugliness. - Spoiler:
It allows for more variety in Talismans, so you don't have to get the perfect one. This set takes Focus because of it being a longsword, but you can essentially play around with gems because of the amount of slots you have and depending on what Evade charm you can get your hands on (I set the charm at the minimum levels needed for Focus and Evasion +2, but you can get both better and worse Talismans). If you don't have a good one, you can always gem in C skills like Speed Sharpening or Capture Guru, or possibly Autotracker. Thoughts? | |

Thoughts? Well, that Talisman doesn't exist... MHAG allows you to put in a lot of invalid talismans. The most points towards FastCharge and Evasion on a single talisman is 9, and the talisman you put in has 11. You can't get all 5 skills without a 3 slot weapon... and Megrez's Asterism only has 1. Anyways, if you get a good FastCharge or Evasion talisman (7 points total to one or both, can use slots), you can get Evade+1, Awaken, Focus, StatusAtk+2, and Razor Sharp. Not all the charm tables have a suitable talisman, though. Still, that mix works well for Megrez's Asterism. | |

Some skills really do get to +12, though... I have an Evasion +3 Wide-Range +12 that makes for some really easy group healing sets. For reality checks, use Athena's Armor Set Search. It has an internal database of all the charm tables. Very handy on figuring out what you can currently make, and what you might be able to make down the road. | |

| Wanted to share this sets: This is a set made for Barrot's HH, it has nice raw and it is the strongest Ice HH in the game (I apologize for the talisman, I believe it can be kinda rare). So far it destroys any weak to ice monster. - Spoiler:
Next is a nice looking Status set, I used to have a similar set in tri since full bahnabra gave you razor sharp and status attack up, plus you still had room for more armor pieces and you ended up with a classy set that most people used with swords saints earing. However in Ultimate the bahnabra armor is now a full set so I recreated my tri status set just for nostalgia. Status Atk+2 Minds eye Razor Sharp Evasion+1 - Spoiler:

| It was already 9 points on this set so i just gem it without sacrificing anything. I want to have on the set evasion+1 and focus so that's the only buffing skill that can fit there with that tali.
Hovever i'm working on very rare Grongigas Hammer set with Razor Sharp, Sparpness+1, Awaken, Bombardier and Knockout King. As far as i know tali which allows that (handicraft+5, KO+4) is only on table 9. Luckily that's my table. I'm gonna try snipe it in a couple of days. Hope i'll succeed.
