Off-TV play, Cross-region online to be added via software patch.

Is there anyways you could post a link? If this is legit that's great, but a quote that is supposedly from the fb page is kinda iffy...

This is good well no great but ugh those servers will be MUCH harder to navigate lol. But also makes it more likely to find a hunting party and for english players and australian players makes it far easier to find someone who speaks english with US server being mainly english speaking.WIth a good portion of spanish and portuguese and some french there won't be as many minority languages as before.

Yeah, and there are some EU people I've been wanting to hunt with for awhile. Gonna be pretty sweet.

Don't get too excited yet boys. I read it and said it will take some times and will not be a release day thing they said they hope to have it out some time in april. So there will still be regional separation for some time and just playing on the tv screen it self.

Expected that. Let's keep hoping for more good news like this.

Not a problem. That'll give us more time to build up our characters and such.

And yes Yuki.. It will be an April Update after the game is out in all areas acrding to Yuri, not a day one update like the others.

Also... why would that be of any concern Yuki? I live around many germans here in the US and many people from all nationalities. And have friends from all over the world... So I'm not sure that should be an issue.

Not saying as whole that's just wrong of me to assume just from past experience both sides have given me equal amounts of headaches. Could be also because I try waaaay too hard to enjoy myself when I shouldn't be just let things flow.

I feel bad for any EU people who imported a US wiiu to play with with US people and vice versa.

Remember.. that was still capcom servers.. they may not have the same rule on Nintendo servers.. You may just not be able to type it a**** 8pm if you are under 18.

Props to capcom US/EU. its a fantasy made possible. the thought to be able to play with EU players will be a new experience not to mentions the EU members here^^) the new feature Off-Tv play sound interesting neithertheless.

How do you guys think the communication will be? like chat through text? language to language translation would be nice for those who arent familiar witha foriegn language

Pain, you will still probably have the chioce (like in several WiiU things) to Hunt within same region or with anyone. As far as with language.. I really don't see that as a problem, especially with those who decide to hunt with everyone.

First off the US has many different languages.. Not just english, 2nd though the EU area is made up of a lot more places than many consider the North American area (they often forget Canada, Mexico, South America and a lot of the islands) The main languages overall that you will run into will be English and Spanish. ... Like it or not those are the most known and most commonly spoken languages.

Also.. a lot of people will still pair up with those they know speak similar languages and the update may even offer that option ad again the wiiu does offer (same language paring) in some games.

As well don't forget you can make cities and lable them this time around.. ie. "All languages welcome", "English speaking please" "MHWIKIFORUM MEMBERS!!!!"

The last ones my favorite because we all speak the same languge.. the language of the HUNT!
