So as some of you know a couple of weeks ago before the release of the 3U demo my TV died. So once the demo was release all I could do was play it on the 3DS in 3D. Well most of those uses have gone to showing others how great the game is as I travel. But anyways yesterday I got my new tv delivered and all hooked up.

With true black, full color and the settings as best as you can get the demo for 3U looked..... AMAZING. but the the had one other feature I wanted to test out just for fun, 3D up scaling. For those who don't know on newer tv's basically what they can do is take a 2D HD image and based on its input of light and angles display it in a 3D image. Sadly it all requires glasses of course but anyways. I turned on the conversion and it was beautiful. Now keep in mind that 2D to 3D conversion will never be as good as actually be as good as made for 3D, 3D but since 3U was originally created to be in 3D it actually worked pretty well. No intensity options but the effect was very soft and it looked very nice. I was impressed.

Though I will likely not play on the TV in 3D often it was amazing to see 3U on a full tv in full HD that way compared to the 3D on the 3DS. Though yes the 3D on the 3DS was more pronounced and detailed with the TV I got to see it in HD as well.

Next.... Let me see if it will let me upscale Tri to 3D.

I loath 3D. It looks disgusting to me and impedes my viewing ability.

Everyone has their own opinions Jader... I don't really like sodas. Soooo...

Anyways, i tried Tri in 3d, though it was not as pronounced as 3u since it wasn't in HD, it didn!t look too bad, gave me an idea of what the Tri monsters might look like on the 3ds once 3u is released...
