Sleep bombing (can it be done with only two people)?

To be honest, it could even be done with just one, if they're capable of putting the monster to sleep somehow and then using bombs on it before it wakes up, which can be a challenge in quests such as "Rage Match."
Of course, since each hunter is allowed to place only two bombs at a time, it is more effective if you have more people to participate in placing the bombs, along with if anyone has an ability that can boost the bombs' strength if they are the one to detonate them.

what about sleep meat and pitfalls?

^Both definitely good ideas.
If you're after something that will take the meat, then I say go for it if you want to do sleep bombing.

i know jho does,what other monsters stop to have a snack?

^Lucky us, I found a link possibly last month that has that information, among other things that have to do with MH3U and its monsters...
Anything with a circle in the meat category has a chance of eating set meat. There's Great Jaggi, Great Baggi, Great Wroggi, Arzuros, and both Savage and regular Jho, from what I'm seeing now. Ones with triangles have a smaller chance of being affected by meat, which is the Rathian species, Rathalos species, and the Barioth species (by species, I'm quickly including them and their sub species). I may test out the ones that aren't Jho when I get the chance, but these are what my source says cat

i don't know about barrioth but as far as i know rathalos and rathian only eat the meat when you are not around or the don't notice you. I'm not sure though if it is enough to leave the area or if it only works when they fly to a different area when there is a meat though i think it is the second one as the usually don't eat in the same area if they exhausted but change area (though usually there isn't anything in the fighting area anyways)

^After seeing the triangle symbol also under Qurupecos for sonic bombs, I'm starting to think anything with that symbol may have some sort of catch to it, as you're saying, like how with Qurupecos, sonic bombs are only good on them if they're doing some sort of call/song of theirs.
Definitely something to look into, maybe even test... I've got ninety-nine drugged and tinged meats, along with poisoned, so perhaps I'll test those monsters out sometime >.>
