MH4U and the N3Ds

TGS about MH4U and N3Ds[/url]So it appears that the game of choice to represent the New 3Ds For Nintendo is Monster Hunter 4G/Ultimate.

At this Years Tokyo Game Show Nintendo let loose the N3Ds with just one game, not Smash which has sold 1million copies in just 2 days and is nintendo own game but MH4G/U..

And While MH4G in japan is getting special editions so is smash and other 3ds games.. However Nintendo has still chosen to push MH4G/U over those titles as the one to represent the New 3DS system....

So now the questions is, will nintendo do the same here in the west? Will we see MH4U marketed to promote the N3Ds? Only time will tell and promotions of Monster Hunter products in the west have never been very solid... The recent Collecters Edition of MH4U in the US can be stated as a good example, with it's VERY limited numbers and lack in ability to order in stores and lack of proper comunication even between Capcom US and those distributing it...

Still no mention of an EU promotion..

If they did release a Monster Hunter N3Ds Would you buy it?

not sure if i would get one, though it might be dempting to upgrade...

as to the promotion i think there is a good chance they will do it in the west too as i read somewhere that they specifically stated that the N3DS will be out in time for MH4U which might doesn't mean anything but it does seem that they might want to do something with it here.

Nintendo has also done a "lot"(considering that it will only release in like 6 months) to promote the game here in the west even now: E3 and other conventions though capcom was there too and promoted the game itself nintendo invited them to do presentations together; they have also mentioned the game in one of their newsletters sometime ago which isn't heccesarily usual for a game that will release in 6+ months

IGN and other are starting to talk more about how MH4U looks and plays on the new 3DS.. They've been commenting on how inproved MH loks and feels because of it.

Also.. moving this to the MH4U section as it seems Nintendo and capcom are trying to intertwine the two more and more..

Not sure if I'd get one. I wouldn't mind the MH4U collectors edition, but I wouldn't mind a MH4U N3DSXL bundle either... I'd only get one though.

I guess I'll decide closer to release if/when it's announced.

also with all of the new crossover DLC it seems to me it isn't only fanservice but that they are also trying to raise the interest for the series in the west with it.
