Palico names!~

Hey guys! Phenica here. Recently I had to restart my whole MH4U save, and hit a wall on what to name my Palico. I think that some new(er) players might also hit a wall, so I thought of making a topic on Names of Palicos that you've either named, or have seen while playing online, or have seen on some wild Palicos!

Here are some of mine;
-Knight
-King
-Orihime
-Jelly
-Jam
-Kelly
-Hunter

My Ace Palico is named Maya.

As for names.

Mine is Maru.
Another good one would be Troy. *cough*
Might I also suggest the name Troy?

I only really use four, two for each save file.

Azeri
Veiss
Selve
Marin

I did see this one guy online named "Palico" and had his Palico named "Hunter" once. made me laugh a little

My ace is named Almond and the one other Palico I use is named Walnut.

My two main Palicos are Kieran and Dwebble, after a couple of good Steam friends.

Nearly every other Palico is named after a MHWF member. For instance, I have Yuki, Chagrilled and Kairak.

I called the ace 'Ulysses', made the two obligatory Biggs and Wedge references then stopped naming them after I realised I really don't care about the palico system.

Seen: Hunter name: Tony, Palico: Cleo

For those still guessing: Anthony & Cleopatra - (if you still need help, look up some history books, lol).

I got my ace and a thief cat atm.
Ace: Un-Tan
Thief: Yui

I name the cats I recruit into AB! names atm tho.

My Ace Palico Is named Teran! Nyaaa :3

Main Is Coco.
Teh main subs I use are Red Pal (download guy)

(After comments on names) I guess I should have added that Coco is the (extremely lazy but protective)family dog. And since My character is based off my daughter she said she should Coco along to protect her, and that she may finally be useful!

and Persephony cause its the first thing that came to our minds for the Very special Very First Palico we hired. It came to our minds when we read that she had Purrtuoso. Isn't the human brain fascinating.

Those are some pretty nice names (especially Coco) haha.

I tend to leave Palicos have their own names. So I have some Jinxes , some Sophies etc.
My Ace is named Persy ,named after my own cat. Too bad I can't make it fluffy, I would have liked that...

Persy is a really cool cat name

I imagine percy as this orangish cat that always wants to be next to its owner... don't know why.

^That's pretty much the case. I was more keen on naming him Garfield but it was too cliche...

Made a black cat and called her Bastet, after the egyptian goddess of cats. :p

Mythology names are the best names imo.

They can also be really, really cliche though.

Didn't bother naming any other cat seeing as nobody will be able to see any cat other than The Ace when playing multiplayer.

Named the one on my main Diana and designed her after my latest kitten, Diana. (A blue point manx who... let's just say has some wild and fun personality to her. The ace fits considering like the ace, both can take on something far bigger than them. My cat routinely whoops on the far bigger cats who are more than double her own weight of like 6 pounds. She's all muscle and kick ass.)

On my gunner I think I named it Diablo after one of my older cats. I sadly couldn't make the palico like him bar sorta color, while the palico lacks a eye on the left side... my cat lacks a leg on the left side, and well almost lost his right eye as well, but he's the toughest cat we own.

On my all shield user (lances, sns, things with a shield bar hbg basically) has one named Joker... because aces are wild right?

It is in the menu where you also give out quests... so guessing you haven't been doing much of that either, lol.
