Felyne Meal Pass?

How do I get felyne meal passes? A lot of things appear to need them and I have no clue how to get them.

well, when you succeed in cooking a good meal ( more like when your felynes do) then you have a chance of getting a felyne meal pass and the more you do it the higher the chance of getting the pass
i think its down to chance or its every certain amount of successful meals either way the more meals cooked the higher the chance of getting a pass
