Lao shang, Nekhot and armor spheres help

Wat should i use for lao, i hav tigrex and dark hammer as my strongest hammers, i got Titierna and sieglinde as my post powerful great swords and dark lance and tigrex lance as my most powerful lances. for armor i hav tigrex's and cenetaur(soon gonna hav los soul). also wich "HR" armor should i make first. im currently in nekhot's quests. should i do HR in guild first? Finally, wich is the best way to get armor spheres(blue , green, and purple ones)?

I used titernia and rathalos soul armor. They worked pretty well.

well ty anyways, turns out ls is a great wep to use for me since it has the power of a gs. KIlled it with dark ls and rex armor(i know lol no good skills for that quest)
