| So it is to be espected that Tri G will have the underwater game play. Just out of curiosity what older monsters do you think would fit in well with the underwater levels? Also, what additional monsters will be added that wasn't in P3rd. I really exspect to see the games to be quite a bit different from each other.
I hope to see a Raviente Subspecies for underwater battles. Maybe one that comes in and out of holes in the side of a cliff.

| Obviously the Plesioth :P maybe Crabs too? And I have the feeling that they'll keep the MHFO monsters in MHFO | |

| Plesioth has been confirmed for Tri G, which I think would be awesome to fight with fixed hitboxes. I wonder if sonic bombs still work on him though.
An underwater Raviente Subspecies would be pretty cool, especially since that would mean regular Raviente would be in the game. How does the Raviente fight work in Frontier? Do you think it'd have to be nerfed at all?
Although not underwater, I think they should bring some elder dragons back. A Chameleos would fit right in at the Mountain Stream, and the past two games have been pretty lacking in the elder dragon area.
I'd also like to see more Fanged Wyverns, just to see what stays the same and what changes from Jinouga.

| Having looked through the list of monsters on the wiki, I would say Plesioth, Green Plesioth, all the crab things(excluding maybe the giant one), and Yama Tsukami. | |

| List of things they need to fix.
- Elementless SnS being absolutely useless. - GS Element being useless. - Difficulty in evading underwater. - An improvement over 4-man rooms - even 6 would be a huge improvement - Being unable to place a second trap in case the monster sidesteps the other, ruining your capture mission provided its not less efficient to wait 10 minutes for your trap to dissappear - Ceadeus having less HP but higher aggressiveness. - Plesioth not being an arsehole. - Stopping Gigginox getting in a cheap hit after stunning you with her roar. Only monster in the game who will be able to get in a hit while you are unable to react. - Thunder being a weaker Dragon element. - Dragonblight not seeming to do anything at all. - More variety of battle music. - More Elder Dragons that actually fight you. Alatreon was the only Elder in Tri that put up a fight. - Some Carapaceons and Pelagus. Tri had a grand total of zero.

They're not. - Stormy Times wrote:
- - GS Element being useless.
Fixed in 3rd I think, so I suppose the changes will be implemented in Tri. Really, the main issue is that Anguish outclassed everything with pure raw damage. If we had more Greatswords that are of similar power but all have different elements, this wouldn't be an issue. - Stormy Times wrote:

Underwater combat is supposed to be tweaked and thus improved. - Stormy Times wrote:

It lowers your affinity. Not sure if it was still in 3rd. And I completely agree with the rest.

| I want to fight a fatty... nuff' said 8)! I was never able to get to him on MH1 online... then when I got close years later... servers shut down! It has kinda been my momentum for trying all the MH games... so he better be in this one ! Im guessing even MORE subspecies to come, including the MHP3rd ones. New moga quests to extend offline play may happen too. Wonder what the flagship monster will be? | |

| Fatalis is way overrated. Its design in general is just bad. He looks like crap and his difficulty is based on OHKO moves.
That thing can stay out for all I care.

| Yes, all the monsters from P3rd. I wanna fight Jinouga and that mossy green Brute Wyvern thing, whatever it's called. :D I'm glad they're bringing back some older monsters as well. I'd like to see some crabs, some Pelagus, maybe a few more interesting Elder Dragons like Yama, Kirin, and Fatalis of any color. And Raviente, just so I can feel like a bamf when my team takes it down. :D | |

| EVERY MONSTER ADDED IN P3RD.
Some rath subs, etc. Bit off topic, but I also want Bow, DS, GL and HH back. I'd love to see how they work underwater.
Finally, I want a giant squid. Oh yes, and maybe acouple monsters from MHFO.

- Yes - Yes - Yes - Yes - Mixed feelings about that one, maybe an option to remove your own trap? - I guess, Ceadus really didn't seem to fight back at all lol - Plesioth will no longer be a pain, we can enter its turf now! hahahaha. - Gigginox kinda needs it, it's pretty slow and easy to fight. - Huh? - It needs to give you negative affinity for every strike. - Yes - Yes - Sure.

He'll have to get more balloons to fly again. You need to pop the balloons that appear out of the ground in the area before he gets twenty, or you need to do the air battle again (and he can't go below 20% hp in the air) so you will have to kill him on the ground. ...Seems so silly, but it'd never happen xD
