| Well, we knew something like that was gonna happen already. Though it would be awkwardly inconvenient if you were to hunt monster A, and then all at once you gotta fight monster B instead. I think we'll have to wait for gameplay vids before a fair judgement can be given. What can be said is that Capcom got guts to break off from the popular formula, so kudos for that. Perhaps they'll even pull it off. | |

| That's the thing. The MH4 video was was real-time footage of the game being played by the team and not just CG video like we had originally thought. Of course no spacifics on how it was being played were revealed but regardless... still it's actual gameplay and not just "movie" fotage. | |

| This is rather interesting, but they'll really have to reinvent the franchise. I mean, think of the gaming interface for a moment. They'll have to make it very intuitive, somehow.
EDIT: Well, no one ever said you are obliged to run away from the monster as in a cutscene anyway. | |

| ^ read the post right above yours. They refere to it as a cuts scene when it is not a cut scene as to my knowledge cutscenes were CG movies. So yes, people though it was CG and not actual gameplay fotage. | |
