Ceadeus in 18mins first time
(Not that big of a deal lol, you only get 35mins so yeah..kinda shows he is fast to beat)

If in a group... than Barioth and Rathalos - HR 51 Fiery Skies and Frozen Fields. - 1:50
but since you asked for one monster... than it would be Rathalos in 30-35seconds ^from that quest. | |

| 12 secs of Jaggi. AuL and EAU boosted rapid-fire flame shots, plus the luck of finding him quickly.
20 secs or so for a Peco. Sharp+1 and AuL on Barbarian Blade.
28:37 for Jho
'Bout 8 mins on Ala. Though I can't say that I contributed greatly to that one. My teammates were like Monster Hunter Demi-gods.
I also have some decent arena times. May post them later.
