To upgrade to the Wyvern Jawblade, I need only 40 more Wyvern Fangs.

Is there a "fang day" in town?

Or am I forced to farm Rathian one quilliard times?

Personally, first time i got them all, was when the Argosy Captain came to town. Did a hunt to get as many trade items as possible, and traded with him for them.

If you have the money, then you can get them at certain moments online. If you are impatient and cant wait, then my way is best.

Trade with the Argosy Captain?

I've seen him have Bird Wyvern Fangs, which are not the same thing as Wyvern Fangs.

Argosy will carry Wyvern Fangs once you clear the 3* Urgent (Accident Investigation). Make sure you have him visiting Wyvernian Hub.
