Pokemon EV Training/Breeding Fails

So, I spent hours upon hours breeding for the right Pokemon, finding Dittos with the right Natures, and I I finally got my team. But I didn't go for the simple breeding, man. I bred each of the Pokemon until I got all of them as Shinies. So, obviously, I did it one at a time. I EV trained them all correctly, they all had the right movesets for the team I'm building...and then there is my 6th Pokemon on this team. A Shiny Leafeon. That I now just realized I ignored the movest I was supposed to give it, and now I have to do that process. All over again, JUST for a Leafeon though. I'm so sadfaced right now, it's not even funny :C A shiny Leafeon that is EV trained and with the right nature, but completely useless for competitive battles. :C

Anyone else do something as stupid as this? Cause i could really bash my face against a brick oven right about now.

It's my first attempt, give me a break. I'm so tired from work, I was confused cause I thought it said "Digletts for competitive Pokemon" and a smile. BUT I WAS WRONG.

I spent 3 days and nights looking for a female garchomp with DW ability. Than I spent a day to breed to get a male gible with DW and the IVs and nature.

Best i got was jolly with the rough skin, 31 atk iv and 29spd

dats a total of 4 days!!! worth it? not sure. satisfying? not really... SHINY? no but the one garchomp i do have thats shiny and has 31 atk and 31 spd and jolly has the regular ability so its banned...

WORTH IT!?

That and not having everyone up your ass about "ermahgerd pokehacker geet dis sheit aout of heer" is a nice lil' bonus, as well

Fails?

Trained my latios in speed and special attack when I realized it had the wrong nature (hasty instead of timid)

It also had only a few sp atk ivs...

I'm still trying to re-breed this Eevee until I get it shiny with the right nature for my Leafeon :/

i remember when i was just starting ev training i gave 255 attack to a gardevoir ._. because i got the pokemon i was meant to get my ev's off wrong XD.

on a other note i use dittos too unless there a egg move i really want or need.
