Armors skills

So today someone messaed me saying you have no skills. and i had no clue what he ment then he showed me that stack armor gives you skills.

So i was wondering what is the best thing to look for in armor with Lances, and Dual swords

also im about to go into hr6 so any monster that you could suggest to farm would be nice to thanks.

There aren't really any *best* skills, but they are all useful for different play styles.
For Lance I would suggest guard up, guard+, something with stamina (hunger, gourmand, constitution), maybe attack up if you can.
For Dual swords I find attack up VERY helpful. also something with stamina is good on them, cause they use it a lot. sharpness or razor sharp are good skills to have. evade plus. whatever else you can fit. :D

basically, look at what different skills give you, and decide what you think will work best. everyone is different, and sometimes copying somebody else's skill set won't work well for you.

Try making Volvidon armor. That armor gives an attack up, which is awesome for dual blades, but it also gives a skill called evade+1. This skill is great for dual blades and lances, since it lets you dodge THROUGH monster attacks if you time it right.
But don't underestimate skills. They are one of the things that seperate good hunters from great ones.
