| Hey all, I've become a fan of bowgunning in tri ultimate, and was just wondering what's the general consensus once G-rank opens on limiters. Are they good for one and not the other? are they a must use?
Thanks in advance. | |

| It all depends on the gun/situation/your preference, I'm sure others on this forum can help more. | |

| I tend to keep the limiter on light Bowgun, because I use the hallowed Jhen armor, and removing the limiter defeats the purpose of bonus shot,
But with Heavy Bowguns, usually the clip sizes for ammunition get increased quite a bit by removing the limiter, so losing crouching fire isn't even a big deal.

| It really depends on the bowgun and armor you use. Some skills benifit one way or the other while others greatly hinder the gun you are using... | |

| Precision peco pico is my HBG.
Merciless rage is my LBG.
How about on these two?
EDIT: also, is rf normal 2 any good?

| when you get to G-rank the rarity 6? and up bowguns can have their limiter removed in the same menu you use to add the power barrel and zoom scope. | |

| I thought it was Rarity 8+ I'm not sure as I don't use a bowgun just yet, need to get some decent gunner sets, like nox X, I think some bowguns benefit from having their limiter removed, but I also think that some HBG like Nether Salvatore, it shouldn't have it's limiter removed, just my opinion... | |

| LBG, probably not, because they are only better than HBG when rapid firing.
HBG, depends on the gun. The extra raw is pretty nice, and I didn't notice any serious movement downside (though I use evade up for most of my movement).

| there's a couple you remove limiter on, the god's archipelago (ancient shard lbg) and the duram lbg. though the god's arch is workable with or without, not sure on the duram one.
afaik rapid firing is worse damage wise, you can fire 2 shots in the same time (180% compared to 200%). not 100% sure on bonus shot, but i think that works out as more. rapidfire's main benefit is ammo conservation.

| While I won't say you are wrong with God's Archipelago, I will say it is very fun to rapid crag /yes/ | |
