The list of HR Gunner armors (the listing that includes materials needed to craft the armor) ends after Chainmail S.

I am hoping to put together some great High-Rank Gunner Armor and then go after Baleful Nox.

You need to gather the mats or at least some of them for the armours to appear in the list.
