Hr7 Weps and other questions

Wat is the best hr7 weps? preferably for g rank narga and conga/kezu/hermitaur
Plz set it up like this:

i dont plan on using bow and bowgun in g rank and i have blacksmith upgraded to max(forgot name..)

oh and is there a way to get special cut easier? maybe 2 red kezu quest?
