A bunch of questions...

Ok so :
~Can someone give me some tips on how to defeat the HR2 Tigrex? I am using full kirin armor and a devil's slicer.
~Where can i get Giaprey Hide+ and an Ioprey Hide+ ??
~Same with carbolite ore and pale khezu steak

And finally..... How many freaking Rathaloses do i have to farm to get 1 freaking plate or 1 fire wyvern marrow??? /versad/ /versad/ /versad/

The -prey hide+ cannot be obtained til high rank, a few more hr away :P same with the ore and the khezu steak .

Many ways of getting rathalos plate, but the percentage is very low
By carving its tail you have a chance of 3% to get one
By dropping item you have a chance of 2% to get one (shiny drop btw)
By breaking its head you have a chance of 3% to get one
By catching it you have a chance of 2% to get one

Ughh great.... So no update for neither snow venom nor devil slicer....
And no Corona or twin flames for me.... I have killed more than 20 Loses... I guess its 80 more to go...

Yes, not until you take quests from the green lady in the guild are you taking high rank quests. hr 4 is the first high rank hr.

Devil slicer is the best possible longsword for fighting tigrex at your current rank, and the kirin armor is about the best armor as well (there are some better low rank armors in terms of defence, but they come from the tougher elder dragons and aren't really worth the hassle)

-I'd say go for a "research" run and learn tiggy's move set and warnings signs. don't worry about getting hit, but abandon the quest when you think you've got the dodging/attacking down.

-After that, start a new run and take every chance you get to attack his face and maybe his tail once in a while (just to cut it off).

-Not sure on how to dodge, then take less chances, simple as that .

-when you have him at the summit (flat area, cliff. area 6 i think? highest on the map), try to get him to charge you when you are up against the wall (dodge of course) and he should get his teeth stuck in the wall and give you a couple seconds to whack at him.

canu only gain HR in the gathering hall?

Yes, you can only rank up in the guild.

There are specific quests that you have to do to unlock an urgent, which unlocks the next rank (except g rank which requires like 3 friggin urgents /mad/ ). the wiki this forum is tied to has all the quests in the guild and which ones are key for the next urgent.

I got him /yes/ I almost kill'd him two times but my psp ran out of battery both times....and then I went on a third try and finally got him....that stupid piece of s**t was going in rage mode after every single hit.... /versad/ but i over extended a little bit , took some more hits , used all my pots and got him :D but still.... no Los plates drops..... /sad/

Oh yeah... a LOT of monsters do that when weak (entring rage mode after every hit).

Trust me, this is just the beginning /scar/ . The hr 5 urgent quest (to unlock hr 6) is a dual tigrex quest, just to mention one roadblock to come.

yah i use the wiki alot but can u do guild quests solo? i went in there and none of them gave me quests... but it says i only have 700 points until hr up :/

points mean nothing, all they do is upgrade the color of your guild card (if i remember correctly...)

as for quests, only the pink lady will give you quests in the beginning.

For many monsters the instant rage mode after getting hit is the best way of telling when you're able to capture them. Diablos is one of these monsters, but I'm not sure weather Tigrex is one. However, it's worth mentioning that Tigrex has less defense while in rage mode, so it's still worth trying to attack him, if you can evade him.
