Seeking Lance and armor combo for last 3 7-star qs

I am a veteran to MH3U, but I am just beginning to learn the Lance.

I already have:

A Drill Lance
A Rugged Lance
A ML001: Baltzenger (will someone tell me why I sank resources and money into this piece of garbage?
A Spiral Lance+

and

A Gobuluku Muraaka (currently equipped)

I also currently wear a full set of Barroth S Armor upgraded to level 4.

I am thinking of going for Evade Extender and Evasion +2 armor - the only full set with both happens to be Nargacuga.

I welcome recommendations for Lance and armor combinations for:

Toxin Avenger (three Gigginox in succession)
The Write Stuff (a Jade Barroth and a Gigginox)

and

Rumble in the Great Desert (Slay a Jhen Mohran or Repel it.)
