I really love that the switch is region free! I was never on the fence on getting one (Then again, I had the money lying around).

And the fact that I can put it on the big screen! *drools*

Yeah, having an MH game on the TV again will be great. Reminds me a bit of how you could transfer your data back and forth on MH3U between the 3ds and wiiu.

This time however, we only need one device.

Thinking about it, Generations I think kept all the Japan content when it came over (special weapons and armor) this time and most of the games on the Japanese e-shop are in English when released, I wonder if this will have Capcom have new MH games with English alternatives from the start or cause them to want to ship it to the west sooner. And by sooner I mean not waiting 2 years to send it after all the hype has worn off.

MHXX will NOT be released for the west as a seperate game. If you want to play it, you will have to download the Japanese release.

Needless to say, I am not too happy with this. But, at least we get MH Worlds early next year which allows international play. ... Just... not with the switch.

Yeah, looks like Capcom evened out the playing field with no MHxx release in the west and MHw announced for PS/XB/PC.
