| Please post all of your gunlance tips tricks and videos here because i wanna be good at gunlancing, its a mistirious weapon, and it needs explaining. So explain plz! Heres one, press triangle and circle together to make your guy do an upswing then hit circle again to shell upwards. Yes it was a crummy starter, but that is all that i got. | |

Yes. I'm pretty sure you have to press Triangle and Circle right as you do a backstep/sidestep.

| Actually, i dont think you have to press those after the jump. If you have completely unloaded the shells then it does wiothout pressing those buttons. however, if you havent full unloaded then you will have to press those butoons. | |

I'm pretty sure it never, EVER auto-reloads. Well, I'll be playing MHFU soon so I"ll be sure to test that out.

| When fighting Rathalos, he provides you with a perfect opportunity to wyvernfire when he descends to land after one of his high-aerial attacks. This will give you a much needed boost in damage, as he is otherwise a pain to (gun)lance. | |

you can also hit triangle and circle at the same time to do an upward slash, then you can shell him while he is desending.

Well, I'll be playing MHFU soon so I"ll be sure to test that out. I forgot to post this earlier: After a backstep you only need to press Circle to reload. My bad.

Wouldn't Guard +2 and Guard Up work better? As with Guard +2 you can block through any attack and with Guard Up you lose less stamina.

| well evade plus 2 is only one skill so you could gem it in and plus your dps over the course of the hunt is much better with evade style play since your weapon is always ready to combo | |
