Basarios help!!!!

Hi, if you are reading this you might have guessed i have basarios trouble, if you know the best basic weapon to kill it with pls tell me. :affraid:

use a bow/light bow gun. heavy works aswell, but if your not used to it yet, you may have a little trouble. i myself used the hermitaur bow, and managed to kill him numerous times making the basarios rock without healing once. because of his large size and general slowness, i highly reccomend the hermitaur bow w/ power shots and such because of the pierce and water effects. but any bowgun with piece shots and such should work fine.

btw.....if you do range....your biggest threat is probably the raptor things (forgot their names).

hammer. keep doing the charge attack, cuz it never bounces. but bowgun would be the better choice. i think his weakness is dragon and water, so use those shots. and bring pitfalls and bomb his ass while he's in the trap. oh and it would be really good if you made him run into those exploding rocks in the volcano, those things really damage him. hope that helps

kut kut's hammer is non-elemental and the bow is water with pierce.
