Monsters for MHTG

First topic message reminder :

So it is to be espected that Tri G will have the underwater game play. Just out of curiosity what older monsters do you think would fit in well with the underwater levels? Also, what additional monsters will be added that wasn't in P3rd. I really exspect to see the games to be quite a bit different from each other.

I hope to see a Raviente Subspecies for underwater battles. Maybe one that comes in and out of holes in the side of a cliff.

I want all the Monsters for Tri plus some new ones like Nargacuga or Tigrex

There's a Lagiacrus subspecies page on the Wiki now. Looks like it's been there since the 16th..

well.... Tri isn't really "water" focused considering there were more land/sky monsters than water monsters...

but the Idea is epic!

I mean Tri G is focused in water areas, Tri was more land (online city was in a desert and Jhen was fought in a ocean of sand and the Alatreon brought fire to new lvls)

So I guess all of the 3rd monsters will be making an appearance in this game as well.

The monsters of P3rd are almost unknown in the west (by people who don't have the game, people who didn't import the game, people without PSP[like me] etc) so WHEN CAPCOM BRING THIS TO THE WEST they may take advantage and bring P3rd also (in some kind of way like PC, PSP or PS3, even Wii U since there is support to Nintendo) It would be a great movement from them

Umm I only saw him twice in the trailer and only one of those times he was doing one of the same attacks he did in Tri, But I do hope he becomes a lot more aggressive I would also like for him to get an online/high rank/g-rank(assuming its in the game) version so that making his High/G rank armor will involve actually killing a harder version of him instead of just using low rank deus/high rank lagi mats

It was also confirmed by video....

While watching SocialD's Ukanlos adrena bow guide for P3rd I realized that Ukanlos and Akantor are what I REALLY want in this game because they are soooooo badass and seem like really fun and challenging fights

yes that is an urkusus in the picture and was confirmed a while back. that screen shot is from the demo on the 'easy' setting.

Yes, the Tri Demo.

Most MH demos are to show off the creatures and armor. So they provide 2 to 3 creatures. An easy one and a harder one. and each one comes with a mix of armor sets to choose from to let people see how each weapon plays.

The 3G demo had:

Urukususu, as the easy monster, Plesioth, as a medium difficulty monster and Yoshi as the high level difficulty monster. It is very likely Yoshi will be taken out of the demo if the demo is released to the open public. Title monsters are rarely in public demos and was most likely in the TGS demo just to show oss it's looks to the media.

camera controls still don't look very easy, but it's better then the claw for sure.

Hope they bring the demo, and also that the demo is avaivable in stores and that you don't have to buy it by internet because your country don't have a gamestop

The demo of Tri was free right? Or maybe they will have the demo downloadable for free!!!

^ Nintendo has stated a desier to start putting gameplay demos on the 3DS eshop like they do with the videos. If 3G is released to the west we may very well see it's demo on the eShop.
