Anyone playing low rank?

Hey,

I bought MHFU a few months ago, I can set up my PS3 for ad hoc, but I'd rather know if there's any point at the moment. I'm low rank, on 3 star elder quests, rocking my low grade Kutku armour and a Khezu shock sword.

I'm at end-game level on MHTri, so I'm not a (total) noob.

I don't know if it makes a difference on AdHoc Party, but I'm a UK hunter.

well, low lvls get helped a lot on ad hoc, if your patient. I notice that a lot of europeans hr9 help lowbies and can rush you through the urgents and requered quests, as long as they have the time.

I am at a point that i can help a bit as well, but i am not on for a while.

Try to do some guildquests and see how far you can get. As soon as you hit around hr3 (which should be doable i think) i think you'll have the help you want.
Just look on the wiki to see which quests you need for urgents and hr ups and then when the going gets tough, make your own room, MHFU low hr and help will come.. (though there are some on AdHoc that joins your room and are only interested in doing their own quest, no matter what hr you are
