| I am new to this game and had a question about items. What is the easiest way to get items to make new armor, weapons, etc.? Do you just do an easy quest over and over again until you have enough stuff? If that is how you do it, can you start the quest, get the materials, and then abort the quest but still keep the items? Thanks! | |

| depends on what you wanna make. If you just need metals and such, then yeah, you can do easy quests and go gather. Cant abandon though, if you abandon, all your inventory resets back to what it was before you entered the quest. Also, you should always go through your pokke farm between rounds too.
If you need monster parts, then you you just gotta do quests for that monster and hope for the best every round lol

One no true online so I'd need a PS3 to play online...I don't need it for help myself as I'm honestly massively skilled but I'd love the chance to actually help newcomers. From what I've heard about the majority of the people on that Adhoc Party function / program on the PS3 are just rude and elitist, then they don't have the skill to back up their claims either....if only the PSP had a true online support I could be online helping people instead of the jerks out there... but more importantly I hate how no matter how many times I go to the Pokke farm I NEVER have enough honey...eventually I have to go on an actual Honey run or two in a gathering quest to ensure I have enough for a couple of missions.

i know! i really wish i could get online with that dang thing. It's what made MH3 so dang fun for me. I mean, i could get stuff done myself, but, the most fun came when i was goofing around with other members or putting on dorky equips to go semi-help the newcomers to avoid completely doing it for them XD
