| Hey, I've been long time fan but never had psp till recently, got Freedom Unite obviously and wanted any advice and help anyone can offer, currently using LS Bone Shark working on getting stuff for LS Iron Gospel. Just wanting some over all guidance on what should be doing, equipment, etc. Thank anyone who helps me | |

| Iron gospel will get you far, especially when upgraded to eager cleaver and beyond. The eager cleaver line is amazing against some of the more annoying/tougher enemies (tigrex, plesioth, etc...).
Following the bone katana line is a good idea as well, because it eventually leads to supremacy blade, which in turn eventually leads to one of the best raw LS in the game, though it's also the hardest to get... look AMAZING though.
I may be a bit biased lol, but ceanataur armor (and ceanataur s in high rank) should get you through most of the game. It was the only armor i ever used, and i'm still using it as I'm working my way into g-rank.
Never forget the farm! it's very useful, especially the honey farm (potion+honey=mega potion)

| Just got gospel and finally beat Khezu after number of deaths i stopped counting Working on eager cleaver now. I hear some people on forms talk bout how the LS is good for breaking certain parts on monster or severing tails, like i said im new so what are the advantages of doing that and how do you do it in the first place. I feel soo sad not knowing over half the things i read on these forms /sad/ And any advice on how I should be using LS in combat, solo vs party play and anything else that might help me out. | |

| cutting a tail just involves whacking at it a lot with a sharp weapon... LS are good at it because they are fast and long, very easy to actually hit tails.
Not all tails can be cut off though. Tails are good because they often allow you to carve rare materials off of them (don't forget to carve it of course haha).
Breaking parts, like a khezus neck (itll show scratches) etc... give you extra stuff when the quest ends, the second or third row of reward items i think. most parts that are breakable only require you to do enough damage to that part, though some require certain things to break (blangongas fangs require a fire weapon, hermitaur/ceanataurs shell require an impact weapon such as hammer/lance)

fill up you spirit gauge by hitting the monster with x and o attack. the bar is located by your sharpness. then to perform a spirit combo continuously press R. also to attack and evade at the same time press x and o together.
